Unfortunately not, but we are able to accommodate guests with walkers. Please email us info@queencityrides.com. to make arrangements. 

We currently have 7 golf carts and each can hold 7 people. So, 49 people total. We also have a 13 passenger van.

We don’t have a traditional office. You can book online through our web site at wwww.queencityrides.com or in person with our tour guides in person if there is room available.

On the right hand side of E. 5th street, in front of the Bank of America building at 150 N. College st. N.C 28202.

The closest parking garages are Wake Forest university and the Bank of America Center at 150 N College St NC 28202. Parking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, if there is space on a tour.

You can book tickets on our web site at www.queencityrides.com to guarantee a seat. 

Carts will be parked across from Fitzgeralds 15 minutes before each tour starts to inquire about joining a tour. 

All sales booked on our website are final upon booking. If tickets were bought through a 3rd party, you will have to follow their refund policy.

If there is significant rain or thunder and you are on a golf cart tour we will use our 13 passenger van or reschedule.

 

We ask people to meet 10 minutes before their tour so we can check them in.

Tour leaves promptly at scheduled time. We will not hold the tour as that would not be fair to other guests who have shown up on time.

 

We do tours rain or shine as we have rain canopies on our carts.

We have a heated/AC van that we will sometimes use during inclement weather.

If there is significant rain or thunder storms we will reschedule for safety reason or offer a full refund.

Yes, we are out 7 days a week all year long. We have a heated/AC van that we will sometimes use during inclement weather or if temperatures drop below 45 degrees fahrenheit. 

9am, 11am, 1pm & 4pm for golf cart tour. 10:30am & 2:30pm for van tour. 

No, we stay on the golf carts or van the whole time except when the van stops at Optimist Hall.

Yes. We stop at various points of interest throughout the tour.

Yes, they are greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind we have an open air street legal golf cart tour so dress accordingly.  We also have a climate controlled bus, so rain shine and temperature should not be a factor.
