Keep in mind we are an open air street legal golf cart tour so dress accordingly. In the cooler months we do provide blankets for all passengers.

Yes, if there is space on a tour. You can book tickets on our web site at www.queencityrides.com to guarantee a seat. Carts will be parked across from Fitzgeralds 15 minutes before each tour starts to inquire about joining a tour.

We do tours rain or shine as we have rain canopies on our carts. If there is significant rain or thunder storms we will reschedule for safety reason or offer a full refund.

Unfortunately not, but we are able to accommodate guests with walkers. Please email us info@queencityrides.com. to make arrangements. 

We currently have 5 golf carts and each can hold 7 people each. So, 35 people total.

We don’t have a traditional office. You can book online thru our web site at wwww.queencityrides.com or in person with our tour guides in person if there is room available.

We meet across from the restaurant Fitzgerald’s as we don’t have a traditional office. Fitzgerald’s address’s is 201 east 5th street and is on the corner of 5th street and college street.  You will see our golf carts parked there. 

Fitzgerald’s address is 201 east 5th street if you would like to use bathroom, wait for your tour to start or eat or drink before your tour.

The closest light rail station is the 7th street station.

All sales are final once booked. We will reschedule in the event of an emergency. We don’t have any control of 3rd party refund policies. 

If there is significant rain or thunder we will reschedule or offer a full refund. 

We ask people to meet 10 minutes before their tour so we can check them in.

We have other people who have booked so we try and always to leave promptly on time.  

If running late, call us first and we will do our best to hold the tour if not we will reschedule for later time or day.

Yes, we are out 7 days a week all year long. We provide blankets in the cooler months. 

Daily: 9am, 11am, 1 pm, 4pm and 6pm.
